With over 7,000 beds in development and under management, we care for residents from over 120 different countries. In 2024, Nido Living was acquired by Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments™), cementing a future of significant further growth.
A 16,500 sqm scheme acquired by Nuveen on a forward purchase basis in 2020. In addition to studios, one and two bedroom apartments, the residence features a huge range of common spaces from study rooms, a cinema room and cosy TV lounge, to multiple rooftop terraces with views across central Copenhagen.
Nido's second project in Madrid and fourth in Spain, this flex-living scheme offers a wide range of services and facilities, including 24-hour security, maintenance, cleaning, laundry, fast WiFi, a fully equipped gym, restaurant, private dining room, and study and coworking spaces. The centre is designed to promote wellness through biophilic design and sustainability standards.
Located on the former ‘Brewery Block’ site, preserved protected structures and celebrates the heritage of the surrounding Liberties area of Dublin. The project has delivered much-needed student rooms in a market where the Higher Education Authority estimated in 2015 that over 11,000 new student beds were needed by 2024.
