+34 919496624P.º de la Florida, 7, Moncloa - Aravaca, 28008 MadridOur Classic Rooms in a 2 Bed Apartment measure 11.2 – 15.6 m2 and are located on floors 1 to 11 and are ideal for sharing with a friend. They are designed so you have the privacy of your own bedroom and ensuite bathroom while still enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen with 1 other person.
Each room comes with a compact 105-120cm double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom. The shared living space includes a breakfast bar and stools, small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, hob, combi microwave-oven and plenty of storage, plus a comfy sofa and flatscreen TV. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem – you get the best of both worlds.

Once you’ve found your perfect room, you’ll be redirected to our booking portal to create your Nido account. Here you’ll need to double check your room selection and complete our registration form.
Sign your lease agreement & pay your deposit
To secure your room, simply upload your documents, sign the agreement for your room and pay any deposits or fees due.
Pack your things & check-in!
We’ll be in touch to confirm your check-in date and time, as well as share lots of handy information about moving in and living with us. Simply pack your things and move on in.
