Plus, you’ll have access to a 24/7 gym and plenty of social & study spaces so making friends will be a breeze.

Once you’ve found your perfect room, you’ll be redirected to our booking portal to create your Nido account. Here you’ll need to double check your room selection and complete our registration form.
Sign your lease agreement & pay your deposit
To secure your room, simply upload your documents, sign the agreement for your room and pay any deposits or fees due.
Pack your things & check-in!
We’ll be in touch to confirm your check-in date and time, as well as share lots of handy information about moving in and living with us. Simply pack your things and move on in.

As our new residents are settling in we'd love to showcase some of the amazing amenities in Nido Broga House that are available to our residents!
Nido Broga House
Cork Donation Drive - Round 2 The amazing Cork team are back with another stellar effort from the Cork family over the last 6 weeks; collecting, sorting, cleaning, packaging and distributing literal tons of clothing, food, household items, bedding and more to some amazing local charities and organisations. A huge shout out again to our incredible Claire, who has run the show from start to finish! Not only has she made sure that we have squeezed out every last drop of good we could from our residents, but she has built some amazing lasting relationships with all of these organisations, and solved some massive issues that we have been trying to solve for years (such as what to do with the mountain of bedding left behind each year). It is very tough to work with such superstar human beings every day and not be inspired. Aside from our usual friends at Cork Penny Dinners, Kindness Krew, Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind, Irish Dogs for the Disabled etc, we have also been able to donate over 400 books to the Cork City Libraries, and revamp our own book-swap stations ahead of next year’s arrivals!

Our Standard Ensuite rooms are designed to give you everything you need for student life in a cosy environment. They are 11-13 square metres in size, located on the ground or first floor and have all the things you need to balance your personal and study life. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, diner within your flat, shared with 7 or 8 other people, so you’ll be able to socialise and keep your space exactly how you like it.

Standard Plus Ensuite
With all the same great features and space (11-13sqm) of our Standard Ensuite rooms, our Standard Plus Ensuite rooms are located on the upper floors of Broga House. They come fully equipped with everything you need for student life in a cosy environment. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, diner, shared with 7 or 8 other people, within your flat, so you’ll be able to socialise and keep your space exactly how you like it.

Classic Ensuite
Our Classic Ensuite rooms are located in smaller flat sizes, so you’ll only be sharing your lounge, kitchen, diner with 6 people. You can choose this room type on any of the Broga House floors, and all the Classic Ensuites are 11-13 square meters in size. All of our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp & chair, plenty of smart storage and your very own ensuite bathroom.

Our Premium Ensuite rooms are a little more spacious, ranging from 11-14 square meters in size and located in flat sizes of 4-6 people, with a shared lounge, kitchen, diner. Deluxe Ensuite
If you like your space but like to socialise then a Deluxe Ensuite room is for you. Ranging from 15-22 square meters in size, our Deluxe Ensuites have a shared lounge, kitchen, diner, shared with 4-8 people, so you’ll be able to socialise and keep your space exactly how you like it. Some of our larges rooms at Broga House, our Superior Ensuites are 21-22 square meters in size and are located within shared flats of 4-8 people on the upper floors. Classic Studio
Our Classic Studios are designed to give you privacy in a cosy environment. They are 21 – 25 square metres in size and have all the things you need to balance your personal and study life. The Classic Studios are located on the first, second & third floor and each includes a compact double bed, large LCD smart TV, wardrobe, desk & chair, full length mirror, breakfast bar and chairs, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

Superior Studio
Our Superior Studios are the largest rooms at Broga House with sizes from 36 to 37 square metres. They are the right size if you want loads of liveable space and to have privacy. Each Superior Studio includes a compact double bed, in room storage space and a desk area. You also have an ensuite bathroom and a fully functional kitchenette. Plus, you’ll have access to a 24/7 gym and plenty of social & study spaces so making friends will be a breeze.
