We have long wanted to be part of this famous university city and we’re excited to announce that we’ll be welcoming our first residents in September 2025.
If you’re looking for student accommodation in Leeds, The Fabric Works is the place for you. We’re located in trendy Mabgate, a short walk from the city centre, the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, and Leeds Arts University – plus all the other fun things to explore while studying in Leeds.
The Fabric Works will be equipped with a multitude of thoughtfully designed social and study spaces, including study rooms, co-working spaces, a fully equipped gym with Primal Strength machines, a yoga and fitness studio, lounge spaces, a private dining room, cinema room, games lounge and private gardens. We’ve even got a room dedicated to content creation and podcasting!

We had a super successful check-in weekend this past week in all our Ireland residences! We're so excited to welcome our new residents to the Nido community. We hope you all settle in well and we can't wait to see all the amazing things our new residents will accomplish this year!
During Mental Health Awareness Week, Ardee Point set up a kindness wall for residents to leave lovely and uplifting messages for their fellow residents.

🌍 Earth Day at Ardee Point 🌏 We celebrated Earth Day with a fun 30-minute blackout in the Atrium! Our residents enjoyed some awesome games and delicious snacks while joining the global effort for a sustainable future.

I resided there for a year, and my stay was delightful. The rooms were comfortable, each with a private bathroom, and the common areas were consistently clean and organized. The staff are friendly and are always there if any help is needed. The location is incredibly central, which was very convenient. I highly recommend it!

Nido Ardee PointNido has exceeded my expectations in terms of everything I have experienced here so far- from the spacious social spaces to the well-equipped gym, not to mention the highly automatic mechanism of operating doors here, which not only ensures seamless entry and exit but also guarantees safety and complies with Nido's standards of security. The staff are super friendly and ever ready to help the residents out. So far my experience at Nido has been pleasant and looking forward to living here, and making the most out of everything Nido has to offer, over the next 1 year!
