- Consider different accommodation types – Your average monthly cost of living in Denmark will depend on what type of accommodation you have. If you plan on living in a private studio with a terrace in the centre of Copenhagen, you’ll definitely be paying more each month than a shared 8-person flat in Aalborg. Think carefully about what you both need and want from your student accommodation and consider different options before deciding.
