Less than a 15 minute walk from the UCC campus, Broga House is a former shoe factory newly converted into accommodation for over 200 students each year with a wide range of fully-furnished rooms, all with their own ensuite. Open to all third-level students, plus there’s no lottery, so you can secure your room online right now.
Broga House has over 200 rooms, enabling you to tailor your student experience to your individual needs and choose the perfect room for you. All rooms at Broga House come with your own ensuite bathroom, so you don’t need to worry about queues in the morning or who’s turn it is to clean it! Our new accommodation has a variety of ensuite room types with a shared kitchen and living room for those who enjoy living with others, as well as ensuite Studio rooms with fully-equipped kitchenettes for those who prefer their own space. Amazing accommodation with ensuites and studios and with 24/7 gym, private dining rooms and a luxurious common area. UCC campus is a 15-20 mins walk, the location is right at the edge of the city centre, easily accessible to everything in need, Mercy Hospital is a 5 min walk, Tesco and Lidl are hardly 10 min walk away, bus stop is less than 100m away with excellent connectivity! Amazing well furnished rooms and apartments, they have one of the most helpful and cheerful front desk too!

The person running the show is our City Manager, Jamie. He comes to us having most-recently held roles in both UCC Campus Accommodation, and UCC’s Accommodation and Community Life Office. He has an extensive background in day-to-day operations in a number of industries, and his main priority is your health, safety, security, and that you have the best possible experience when staying with Nido.
Assistant Manager
Abigail is here to make your time at Nido the best it can possibly be. From organising fun residence events to helping you get settled, Abigail is a font of knowledge and a friendly face.
Administator
Marta is the first point of contact for all residents and is here to help with anything from reporting maintenance, and booking the study spaces, to taking suggestions for events. You’ll catch her hanging out in reception.
