At Nido Ajuda, the Halloween decorations were handmade by our residents. An evening of hard work but with fantastic results. The residence never looked scarier. At Nido, we aim to create spaces where residents can thrive and use their creativity to their maximum potential. These Halloween decorations are a great example of creative minds working together in a community.

Witness our Christmas dinner tables adorned with dishes crafetd by residents from around the world. Surrounded by laughter and joy, everyone shared in the warmth of the season with a glass of wine adn delightful pasteis de nata for dessert. As cute and as orange as Garfield the cat but always in a better mood. Mr. Nido was a street cat who always kept company to the residents at Nido Ajuda during the day and came for a cuddle in the evening events. His presence was always noticed and missed by the community. Together at Nido Ajuda, all residents created a fund for everyone at the accommodation to contribute, saving for food and shelter for their new furry best friend. Since then Mr. Nido has been adopted by Nido Ajuda, taken to the vet, fed every day and has a new home that he loves where he stays near everyone and is always ready for a cuddle. 💌
I like my apartment, the facilities, the cleanliness, and the convenience. The team is very helpful, attentive, friendly, and polite. I feel at home! It’s the perfect place to study and relax, and I plan to stay here throughout my entire degree. Thank you so much for the excellent service, well done! 👏👏👏👏

I've never had any problems. If there's ever a technical issue, the maintenance team is available and resolves it promptly. I've interacted with Inês and other staff members, and they've always understood my needs. The manager, Ms. Elizabeth, is approachable, polite, friendly, and always ready to help. She has made improvements, organized pleasant sunset events on the excellent rooftop at Ajuda III, which can also be used by residents from other accommodations. Common areas, stairs, entrance, etc., are always clean. I have no complaints whatsoever about Nido. If we treat others well and with respect, we get that back in some way. Bus and tram stops are just 50 meters away.

Bonefe is essential for maintaining cleanliness and comfort at Nido Ajuda. As a housekeeper, she ensures all areas are spotless and well-organized.
