We willen al heel lang deel uitmaken van deze beroemde universiteitsstad en we zijn verheugd om aan te kondigen dat we onze eerste bewoners in september 2025 mogen verwelkomen.
Als je op zoek bent naar studentenhuisvesting in Leeds, dan is The Fabric Works de plek voor jou. We zijn gevestigd in het trendy Mabgate, op loopafstand van het stadscentrum, de Universiteit van Leeds, Leeds Beckett University en Leeds Arts University - plus alle andere leuke dingen die je kunt ontdekken tijdens je studie in Leeds.
The Fabric Works wordt uitgerust met een groot aantal zorgvuldig ontworpen sociale en studieruimtes, waaronder studieruimtes, co-working ruimtes, een volledig uitgeruste fitnessruimte met Primal Strength-machines, een yoga- en fitnessstudio, loungeruimtes, een privé-eetkamer, bioscoopruimte, gameslounge en privétuinen. We hebben zelfs een ruimte speciaal voor het maken van content en podcasts!
We hebben de perfecte mix van comfortabele sociale ruimtes, waar je kunt rondhangen met je vrienden, en privéruimtes om te ontspannen of gewoon tijd voor jezelf te nemen - allemaal uitgerust met meubilair en inrichting van de hoogste kwaliteit.

I resided there for a year, and my stay was delightful. The rooms were comfortable, each with a private bathroom, and the common areas were consistently clean and organized. The staff are friendly and are always there if any help is needed. The location is incredibly central, which was very convenient. I highly recommend it!

Nido Ardee PointNido has exceeded my expectations in terms of everything I have experienced here so far- from the spacious social spaces to the well-equipped gym, not to mention the highly automatic mechanism of operating doors here, which not only ensures seamless entry and exit but also guarantees safety and complies with Nido's standards of security. The staff are super friendly and ever ready to help the residents out. So far my experience at Nido has been pleasant and looking forward to living here, and making the most out of everything Nido has to offer, over the next 1 year!
