Premium Studios are designed to give you privacy, in a cosy environment that is just yours. This room is a huge 40 square metres in size and has all the things you need for student life. The Premium Studio at Ashlin is located on the second floor and includes a compact double bed, large LCD smart TV, wardrobe, desk & chair, full length mirror, breakfast bar and chairs, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

Nido Broga House
Ashlin House celebrated World Mental Health Day by continuing their yearly tradition of hosting our friends from the Irish Dogs for the Disabled! @irishdogsforthedisabled Tiny and Tori brought a smile to all our resident's faces while working their little paws to the bone to help us raise a fantastic amount of money for their charity, which relies completely on donations to help transform the lives of adults and children living with physical and mental disabilities, through the breeding, training, and providing of specialised mobility/task assistance dogs, and therapy dogs!

It's Mental Health Awareness Week, and we're starting strong with a celebratory breakfast for all the amazing students and staff who participated in Darkness Into Light! A huge shoutout to those who got out of bed super early. You joined nearly 200,000 people across Ireland for a 5km walk/run that began at 4:15am. This event is more than just exercise; it's a chance to connect with your community and bring hope to those affected by suicide. The funds raised go to Pieta House, which provides free, vital support to people struggling with suicide, self-harm, or bereavement by suicide. We're incredibly proud to participate in this event year after year. Suicide is a devastating issue that touches the lives of so many.

Our Standard Ensuite rooms are designed to give you everything you need for student life in a cosy environment. They are 13-15 square metres in size, located on the ground or first floor and have all the things you need to balance your personal and study life. All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, diner within your flat, shared with 7 or 8 other people, so you’ll be able to socialise and keep your space exactly how you like it.

Standard Plus Ensuite

All our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk & lamp; chair, plenty of smart storage and ensuite bathroom. You’ll also have access to a shared lounge, kitchen, diner, shared with 7 or 8 other people, within your flat, so you’ll be able to socialise and keep your space exactly how you like it.

Our Classic Ensuite rooms are located in smaller flat sizes, so you’ll only be sharing your lounge, kitchen, diner with 4-6 people. You can choose this room type on any of the Ashlin House floors from Ground to five, and all the Classic Ensuites are 12.6-15 square meters in size. All of our ensuite rooms include a compact double bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp & chair, plenty of smart storage and your very own ensuite bathroom.
